Activating an Handset
Activating handsets is performed by pressing the handset keys using your mouse or keyboard. The system transfers key presses to the handsets. The system streams the handset audio and visuals and the user sees the handset screen and hears the handset sounds. Administrators define user access to the handsets. Administrators can allocate specific handsets to users at pre-determined times.
