- Roll-Over
- Q: My testing is done in cycles. If I don't use my hours will I lose them?
- A: Hours you don't use roll over to the next month until they expire.
- Expiration
- Q: Do hours expire?
- A: Pay As You Go hours expire in two months while subscription hours DO NOT EXPIRE. Note that if you cancel your subscription any remaining hours balance will be lost.
- High usage
- Q: I need more than 50 hours a month. Do you have any special plans for high monthly usage that are not detailed here?
- A: YES! Contact us to hear about our high-usage plans!
- Multiple Users
- Q: Can several users from my company use the same account?
- A: Multiple employees in your company may use your account (username) simultaneously, without extra subscription charges. Usage hours accumulate across multiple users. Parties external to your company are forbidden from using your account and are required to subscribe independently.
- Payments
- Q: What payment methods do you accept?
- A: Payments are done using PayPal or any major credit card. When you subscribe, the monthly fee will automatically be deducted from your credit card every month and the monthly hours will be deposited to your account.

Additional Pricing Terms
- By subscribing to the service you agree to pay the monthly recurring service fees.
- Your credit card will be automatically charged every month.
- Charging is done in 1 minute increments.
- Charging starts from the moment you activate a handset and continues as long as the handset is active.
- In case you activate more than one device simultaneously, charging is done independently per each one of the handsets you activate.
- Usage Hours you purchase are Regular Usage Hours. Their price includes Regular Activity, such as making calls, mobile browsing and mobile messaging. "Premium Activity", such as the download of premium content, calls to toll numbers or international calls, results in special charges by the operator. Your account will be charged, on top of the Regular Usage Hours
