David Reichman serves as active chairman at Perfecto Mobile and ZeRTO. He has 17 years of experience as an executive in the software industry, and has held leading positions in a number of companies including COO and EVP at Finjan Software (acquired in 2009), CEO and chairman at TripWiser.com, vice president and general manager at Mercury Interactive (acquired in 2006). He holds a BSC degree in Computer Science from Technion University in Haifa, Israel.
Eran Yaniv came to Perfecto Mobile from Comverse America, where he was vice president of product marketing. He also served as the general manager of the Comverse Mobile Data Division and led a major turnaround in the performance of the division by bringing in accounts such as Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile. Prior to Comverse, Eran was the general manager of the Valisys Quality Management business unit at Tecnomatix, where he also served as the director of research and development at Tecnomatix Ltd. in Israel.
Yoram Mizrachi brings to Perfecto Mobile a wealth of experience in networking, security and mobile telecommunications. Yoram founded Perfecto Mobile after serving as the CTO of Comverse Mobile Data Division. In this capacity, Yoram handled a variety of technological aspects in mobile applications, WAP and location-based services. In 1999, Yoram was the CTO (and founder) of Exalink, which was later acquired by Comverse for $550 million. Prior to founding Exalink, Yoram held several technology-related positions in the fields of communication and cryptography.
Mark Boullie has been instrumental in scaling sales organizations for many successful enterprise software companies over the last 20 years. Most recently Mark led the Americas field operations for ArcSight, the market leader in SIEM and Log Management, acquired by HP in 2010 for over $1.7 Billion. During his 7+ years at ArcSight Mark helped drive sales at ArcSight from a few million to over $400 million in annual sales, including the most successful IPO in Silicon Valley in 2008. Before ArcSight, Mark served as Vice President of the Northeast & Federal sales at Mercury Interactive, Inc. In his 8+ years at Mercury Interactive Mark grew sales in his business unit from a few million to over $100 million in annual sales. Mark began his sales career at Oracle. Mark holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.
Uri brings with him more than 20 years of experience in software development. He joined Perfecto Mobile from Mercury, where he served as director of R&D, leading Mercury's application management (AM) infrastructure group, supporting the rapid growth of the AM business. Prior to Mercury, Uri served as vice president of R&D at Business Layers, where he took part in leading the company toward an acquisition by Netegrity (later acquired by CA), and was also vice president of R&D at Jacada. At Jacada, Uri played an active role in taking the company’s R&D to the next level required, as the company was going public. Uri received his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in computer science from Bar Ilan University and the Jerusalem College of Technology, respectively.
Alon Geva comes to Perfecto Mobile with more than 13 years of experience in sales, marketing and delivery of large-scale, value-added solutions to wireless carriers. Alon joins Perfecto Mobile from Comverse Technology, a leading supplier of enhanced communication and billing services. At Comverse, Alon served as the head of product sales across North and Latin America. In this position, he managed the value-added services, product, sales and marketing strategies across the Americas region.
Prior to his position at Comverse Americas, Alon served as the sales manager of the SMS business unit at Comverse, where he was responsible for global product sales. In this position, Alon established the SMS product roadmap and its product position. Alon holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Ben-Gurion University in Beer-Sheva, Israel and a master’s degree in business administration from Recanati Business School in Tel-Aviv, Israel. Alon also took part in the Wharton-Recanati International Marketing Program.
Ron brings to Perfecto Mobile over 13 years of financial and managerial experience. Prior to joining Perfecto Mobile Ron co-founded and served as the CEO of Seculert ltd. - a cloud base cyber security company.
Prior to Seculert Ltd. Ron served as the CFO of Finjan Software Inc.(acquired by M86 Security) - With corporate responsibility for all of Finjan's finance and operations functions, Ron played a leading role in Finjan's acquisition.
Prior to Finjan, Ron worked several years at Ernst & Young in public accounting and consulting for various publicly traded (Nasdaq & Israeli stock exchange) as well as privately held companies.
Ron is a CPA and holds a B.A. in Business and Accounting from the Business Management College (Israel).
Ron serves as an advisory board member in Seculert Ltd.
