Responsibilities

Marketing program development and management:

• Plan, develop and manage marketing programs with the purpose of generating new qualified sales leads for the company - webinars, content driven campaigns, online campaigns, nurturing campaigns, joint partner campaigns
• Plan and manage program's annual budget (largest marketing budget)
• Coordinate programs as part of the integrated marketing plan with other team members
• Manage day-to-day marketing activities from concept and research through to implementation with the sales development team to deliver optimal leads into the funnel
• Ensure company and product positioning is effectively communicated and reaches the appropriate target audience
• Closely monitor marketing program execution to consistently review them to optimize for cost effective demand and lead activities
• Periodically share in representing Perfecto by attending external events
• Work with the web team, social and other teams to ensure our marketing programs are effectively reflected in our online presence and that all required lead acquisition components are fully in place to generate lead flow
• Collect information and data to produce consolidated monthly campaign metrics and integrate these reports with other team metrics
• Assist in partner marketing programs, working with our channel focused team
• Complete other marketing duties as assigned to meet company goals

Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years of B2B enterprise software marketing experience, at last 4 of which in Programs Management
• Expert level in Salesforce.com and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo)
• Internet and social savvy
• BS / BA required. MBA a plus
• Sharp, analytic, great project manager, independent, accountable, hard worker, team player

Description

The position is for an experienced HP BSM/LoadRunner solution engineer (SE). The SE will provide support and insight in pre sales and post sales situations, lead demos and PoCs as well as customer implementation support. They will assist the sales force in presenting the latest technologies to prospects, train other SEs, collect and report market feedback to product management. The SE will assist in HP Software implementation aspects such as scripting, reporting and charting, setting KPIs and alerts, large scale on premise and SaaS integrations/implementations, user administration, configuration and maintenance. We are looking for a Communications Infrastructure (Network) Engineer to provide project and operational support of the network infrastructure for the production environment located in North America as well as other locations throughout the globe, this person will also communicate with customers IT departments in order to establish VPN connections as needed.

Responsibilities include providing oversight to the implementation and ongoing administration of Perfecto Mobiles production Data Network related technologies and services. In this role, the individual is responsible for planning and managing the implementation of technology solutions that have been decided of for deployment. This individual will then be responsible for overseeing the management and administration of the technology after it has been deployed to ensure security practices and system configurations remain in compliance with documented standards. Other than networking expertise this person will also need to have system administration knowledge including but not only VMWare, Windows and Linux.

To be successful in this role, the Engineer will be expected to work in partnership with others in the Communications Infrastructure team, to effectively support the operational processes and procedures associated with the ongoing management and administration of the Perfecto Mobile’s Data Communications Systems. This position requires experience working with International Teams and Vendors. The Engineer must be flexible and will be required on occasion to perform work outside of normal business hours.
